Skilled nursing is the most intensive level of care at Vancrest. It is provided around the clock. Skilled nursing refers to transitional or rehabilitative care that might follow an illness or surgery such as a joint replacement. Vancrest extends its skilled nursing services by not only providing short-term skilled care but also long-term care, respite care, and hospice care.
Memory Care
Our memory support neighborhood is specially designed to provide care and comfort to individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia-related conditions . We focus on the whole person medically, physically and emotionally by tailoring to the their history, preferences, interests and routines.
