Skilled Nursing
Skilled nursing is the most intensive level of care at Vancrest. It is provided around the clock. Skilled nursing refers to transitional or rehabilitative care that might follow an illness or surgery such as a joint replacement. Vancrest extends its skilled nursing services by not only providing short-term skilled care but also long-term care, respite care, and hospice care.
Assisted Living
In our Assisted Living, independence and community drive our mission. We strive to make our residents feel at home, offering some basic assistance and health monitoring.
Inpatient/Outpatient Rehabilitation
Skilled rehabilitation in the areas of physical, occupational and speech therapies. Our care is specially designed for each individual and their needs whether it be in the short term, long term, or outpatient settings.
